We adhere strictly to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection (UAE Data Protection Law), applicable regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia, and the rigorous privacy standards expected by international family offices, sovereign entities, and private wealth principals.

We only collect information necessary to deliver private client real estate advisory, fulfill regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance as mandated by the UAE Central Bank, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and Saudi Real Estate General Authority (REGA), and execute property conveyance or management agreements.

We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose client identity, asset purchase figures, or ownership structures to third-party commercial vendors or marketing registries. Information is shared strictly with authorized escrow banks, official government title registries, and designated conveyance legal counsel upon explicit client authorization.

All digital correspondence, passports, source-of-funds documentation, and title deeds are encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise AES-256 cryptographic standards housed on dedicated sovereign data centers.
